A riddle on the grave of Nietzsche in Roecken

A visitor of the grave of Nietzsche had left at the tomb slab - like shown - an onion with the inscription "Kant" (a german philosopher), a potato with the inscription "Gott" (God), a citron with the inscription "Merkel" (German chancellor) and a carrot with the inscription "Jesus". A nice riddle, the carers of Nietzsche Memorial Place Roecken where happy about, and for sure some visitors of the grave which where able to see it "live" to. And also our friend N, the old riddle-reader, had surly has had his fun with it.
— As composer, riddle–reader, and redeemer of chance, did I teach them to create the future, and all that h.a.t.h. b.e.e.n — to redeem by creating.
Friedrich Nietzsche. Thus spoke Zarathustra. Old and new tables. 3.
If anyone needs an approach, I have an idea for the Kant-onion, the Jesus-carrot and the Merkel-citron. Who wants to know it, just write me. But please, do not tell me any solution for the God-potato so far, it would spoil me my party.
Whoever it was, the initiator has made him/her-self interesting in either case. Thank you!
Have fun on riddle-reading!
